Inleiding
Stadsboerderij van het type HALLEHUISBOERDERIJ gelegen in het centrum van Diepenheim. Omstreeks 1850 gebouwd.
Omschrijving
Boerderij op een vierkante grondslag, opgetrokken in rode machinale en handgevormde baksteen onder een afgewolfd zadeldak dat met rode oudhollandse pannen gedekt is. De straatzijde van de boerderij (Z) heeft een deur met bovenlicht, een groot venster en twee kleinere, allen voorzien van luiken. De voorgevel wordt beëindigd door eenvoudige windveren. In de zijgevel (O) bevinden zich twee kleine zesruits vensters.
De achterzijde (N) heeft eveneens een deur met bovenlicht en zijlicht en een tweede venster. Ook deze gevel wordt door eenvoudige windveren afgesloten.
Het interieur van het boerderijtje bevindt zich nog in oorspronkelijke staat, met onder meer de betegelde schouw, de bedstee en de oude stalgebinten.

Description
Farmstead on a square ground plan, built in red machine-made and hand-formed brick under a curved gabled roof that is covered with red old Dutch tiles. The street side of the farmstead (S) has a door with fanlight, a large window and two smaller ones, all provided with shutters. The front facade is terminated by simple wind braces. In the side facade (E) are two small six-pane windows.
The rear (N) also has a door with fanlight and side light and a second window. This facade is also closed off by simple wind braces.
The interior of the small farmstead is still in its original state, with among other things the tiled hearth, the bedstead and the old stable trusses.
