Deels onderkelderd MACHINEGEBOUW opgetrokken in een roodbruine baksteen op een iets uitspringend trasraam van klinkers afgezet met een geglazuurde rollaag. Het zadeldak dat gedekt is met een rode kruispan, heeft twee hoge gemetselde schoorstenen op het zijvlak, een goot op houten klossen en strakke windveren; in zowel het oostelijk als het westelijk dakvlak vier houten dakkapellen met plat dak en een dubbel tweeruits venster. De beide zijgevels worden geleed door gemetselde lisenen, waartussen zich vijf keer twee grote staande vensters met roedenverdeling en natuurstenen onderdorpels bevinden onder een strek. De voor- en achtergevel hebben een klimmend fries. De hoofdentree bevindt zich in de voorgevel (noord) en bestaat uit een dubbele houten deur onder een anderhalfsteens rollaag; boven de entree een dubbel zesruits venster onder getoogde tweeruits bovenlichten; aan weerszijden van de entree een dubbel zesruits venster onder een anderhalfsteens rollaag; deze gehele entreepartij wordt samengevat onder een segmentboog. De achtergevel heeft dezelfde indeling, alleen is de dubbele deur vervangen door een dubbel zesruits venster.
In het INTERIEUR zijn onder meer van belang: de beschoten kap met ijzeren Polonceau-spanten, de zes cilinder motor van Stork & Co, Holland met pomp uit 1932.

Partially cellared MACHINE BUILDING constructed in reddish-brown brick on a slightly projecting clinker foundation with a glazed roll course. The gabled roof covered with red interlocking tiles has two high mortared chimneys on the side slope, a gutter on wooden brackets and taut wind bracing; in both the east and west roof slopes four wooden roof dormers with flat roof and a double two-light window. Both side facades are articulated by mortared pilasters, between which are located five times two large vertical windows with glazing bars and natural stone sills under a string course. The front and rear facades have a climbing frieze. The main entrance is in the front facade (north) and consists of a double wooden door under a one-and-a-half-brick roll course; above the entrance a double six-light window under arched two-light fanlights; on either side of the entrance a double six-light window under a one-and-a-half-brick roll course; this entire entrance section is encompassed under a segmental arch. The rear facade has the same layout, except the double door is replaced by a double six-light window.
In the INTERIOR the following are of note: the finished roof truss structure with iron Polonceau trusses, the six-cylinder engine by Stork & Co, Holland with pump from 1932.
