Omschrijving
Het houten KOETSHUIS uit 1881 en vermoedelijk naar ontwerp van H. Luiking, heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een rieten zadeldak tussen topgevels met overstek, fors boeiboord en makelaar. De noordgevel, die grenst aan de oprijlaan, heeft dubbele paneeldeuren. De westgevel heeft een enkele paneeldeur. De zuidgevel heeft een laag, breed drieruits venster vlak onder het overstek en de oostgevel heeft een vierkant vierruits venster.

Het koetshuis behorende bij de boerderij gelegen aan de Spanjaardsdijk 25 te Sloten is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch belang:

The wooden COACH HOUSE from 1881 and presumed to be to a design by H. Luiking, has a rectangular floor plan and is covered by a thatched gabled roof between gable-end walls with overhang, substantial board trim and makelaar. The north facade, which borders the drive, has double panel doors. The west facade has a single panel door. The south facade has a low, wide three-paned window just under the overhang and the east facade has a square four-paned window.
