Omschrijving
Drie bouwlagen tellend PRODUCTIEGEBOUW met WATERTOREN, opgemetseld in rode machinale baksteen onder een plat dak. De oostgevel heeft een verdiepingloze uitbouw en een risalerende travee met blinde gevels. Het hoekrisaliet (O/Z) loopt iets verder op en heeft granieten hoekdecoraties. Het lagere gedeelte ten westen hiervan valt niet onder de bescherming. De twee entrees in de zuidgevel zijn in een granieten omlijsting met een gekruld fronton geplaatst. Daarnaast bevindt zich een driezijdige erker onder een zinken kap. Op het entre-sol is een smalle raamstrook geplaatst onder een doorlopende latei. De vijftienruits vensters op de verdieping hebben een witte boven- en onderdorpel, op de tweede verdieping zijn de vensters, eveneens vijftienruits, voorzien van een doorlopende latei.
De zware vierkante watertoren is voorzien van negenruits vensters onder lateien in terugliggende geveldelen die trapsgewijs worden beëindigd. De rechter zijgevel (O) heeft spaarvelden. De bovenzijde van de toren is aan iedere zijde voorzien van twee maal drie terugliggende vensters. Daarboven zijn een tandlijst en een speklaag aangebracht. Op iedere hoek van de toren bevinden zich granieten hoekdecoraties.

Productiegebouw met watertoren van algemeen architectuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundige waarde:

Description
Three-storey PRODUCTION BUILDING with WATER TOWER, constructed in red machine-made brick under a flat roof. The east facade has a single-storey extension and a projecting bay with blind gables. The corner projection (E/S) projects slightly further and has granite corner decorations. The lower section to the west of this falls outside the protection. The two entrances in the south facade are placed in a granite frame with a curved pediment. Adjacent to this is a three-sided oriel window under a zinc roof. On the mezzanine a narrow window band is placed under a continuous lintel. The fifteen-pane windows on the floor have white upper and lower sills; on the second floor the windows, also fifteen-pane, are provided with a continuous lintel.
The heavy square water tower is fitted with nine-pane windows under lintels in recessed facade sections that are terminated in stepped fashion. The right side facade (E) has spare fields. The top of the tower is provided on each side with two rows of three recessed windows. Above these a dentil course and a layer course have been applied. At each corner of the tower there are granite corner decorations.
