Inleiding
Het STOOKHOK bij de arbeiderswoning is in 1920 gelijktijdig met de arbeiderswoning in Ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl gebouwd door de aannemers de gebroeders Tj. en D. Keuning. Het bevindt zich tegenover de zij-ingang van het woonhuis en is er visueel mee verbonden door een met beton bevloerd pad. Naast het stookhok is een boenplaats.
Omschrijving
Een klein stookhok dat op rechthoekig grondplan is opgetrokken in rode strengpers bakstenen, onder een zadeldak belegd met zwart geglazuurde Hollandse pannen. Op de nokhoek staat een schoorsteen. De geveleinden worden afgesloten door een waterbord met windveer. In de zijgevels een kleine rechthoekig ruit in het metselwerk; een opgeklampte toegangsdeur.
Waardering
Het stookhok bij de arbeiderswoning, gebouwd in 1920, is van architectuurhistorisch belang:
- als essentieel en contemporain onderdeel van het complex,
- vanwege de overeenkomst in materiaalgebruik met het hoofdgebouw,
- vanwege de hoge mate van gaafheid,

The BOILER HOUSE at the workers' dwelling was built in 1920 simultaneously with the workers' dwelling in Artisanal-traditional style by the contractors the brothers Tj. and D. Keuning. It is situated opposite the side entrance of the residential building and is visually connected to it by a concrete-paved path. Next to the boiler house is a scrubbing place.
Description
A small boiler house erected on a rectangular ground plan in red pressed bricks, under a gabled roof covered with black glazed Dutch tiles. On the ridge corner stands a chimney. The gable ends are finished with a drip moulding with wind vane. In the side gables a small rectangular opening in the brickwork; a clamped access door.

The boiler house at the workers' dwelling, built in 1920, is of architectural-historical importance:
