KOETSHUIS-DIENSTWONING, gebouwd in 1891 in opdracht van A. Prinzen.
De architect was J.W. van der Putten. Het pand werd als dienstwoning gebouwd bij de fabrikantenwoning aan de Markt 213.
Omschrijving
Het eenlaagse pand met drie vensterassen grenst links aan het pand Markt 213, de rechtergevel staat vrij. Het schilddak is voorzien van leien in rensdekking.
De gevel is opgetrokken uit bruine machinale baksteen en is geleed door middel van hoekpilasters en een rondboogfries met siermetselwerk. De gevel bezit verder natuurstenen speklagen. Links een venster, in het midden bevat de voorgevel brede vleugeldeuren in donkergroene tint, met aan de zijden schampstenen. In het bovenpaneel enig sierijzerwerk. Rechts de voordeur van het woongedeelte, bereikbaar via drie treden. De risalerende middentrapgevel wordt geflankeerd door dakkapellen met bolpiron. De pinakel in het midden wordt gesteund door consoles met bladmotief. De bekroning bestaat uit een obelisk. Naast de rechtergevel bevindt zich een hoge bakstenen muur onder ezelsrugafdekking. Een raam in de rechtergevel is dichtgemetseld.

Het voormalige koetshuis met dienstwoning is van algemeen belang. The single-storey building with three window bays adjoins Markt 213 on the left; the right gable stands free. The hipped roof is covered with slates in rensdekking.
The facade is built of brown machine-made brick and is articulated by means of corner pilasters and a round-arch frieze with decorative brickwork. The facade further features natural stone string courses. On the left a window; in the centre the front facade contains wide double doors in dark green, with chamfered stones at the sides. In the upper panel some decorative ironwork. On the right the front door of the residential section, accessible via three steps. The projecting central stepped gable is flanked by roof dormers with bolpironwork. The central pinnacle is supported by corbels with leaf motifs. The crowning consists of an obelisk. Beside the right gable is a high brick wall with saddle-back coping. A window in the right gable has been bricked up.

The former coach house with service dwelling is of general importance.
