Inleiding
Villa gebouwd in 1840 in opdracht van de familie Grisard. De bouwstijl is beïnvloed door het Neo-Classicisme. In 1921 zijn aan weerszijden vooruitspringende trappenhuizen gebouwd. Tegen de achtergevel zijn omstreeks 1921 twee kleine aanbouwen van één laag geplaatst, deze zijn uitgesloten van bescherming.
Omschrijving
Villa met rechthoekige plattegrond. Twee bouwlagen en souterrain, onder een mansardedak met leien en pannen. Gevels wit gestuct. Symmetrische voorgevel met in middendeel een luifel op vier kolommen, waarop een balkon oorspronkelijk met smeedijzeren balustrade. Bordes onder luifel met hardstenen vloer en zes hardstenen treden. Aan weerszijden van het bordes per bouwlaag twee rechthoekige kruisvensters, boven het bordes twee rechthoekige kruisvensters en een balkondeur.
Vensterdorpels in hardsteen, vensteromlijstingen in stuc; houten gootklossen. Op het dak zeven dakkapellen met hardsteen front en rechthoekig kruisvenster, waarvan vijf authentiek, gelegen boven de vensters in de tweede bouwlaag. De achtergevel villa met souterrain, waarboven twee wit gepleisterde bouwlagen. Tegen het souterrain twee aanbouwen van één bouwlaag met plat dak, van waaruit een schoorsteen is gebouwd tegen de gevel van de villa, tussen twee vensters. In de gevel rechthoekige kruisvensters, de middelste drie op de eerste verdieping zijn drie rondboog kruisvensters. Alle vensters hebben houten kozijnen en gestucte lijst. Op het dak zeven dakkapellen met hardsteen front. De linker zijgevel van de villa is nu verbonden met het poortgebouw door de aanbouw van een trappenhuis.
