Inleiding
TWEE TOEGANGSPIJLERS, onderdeel uitmakend van het voormalige gemeentelijke zwembadcomplex te Weesp, gebouwd in 1937 in expressionistische bouwtrant.
De toegangspijlers staan aan de straatzijde aan weerszijden van de entree.
Omschrijving
Twee toegangspijlers, opgetrokken op een min of meer rechthoekig grondplan, bestaande uit twee in elkaar grijpende L-vormen. De pijlers zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen en worden afgesloten door een betonnen afdekking met afzaten.
Waardering
De twee toegangspijlers zijn van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het voormalige gemeentelijke zwembadcomplex te Weesp.
