Een ten noordoosten van de villa gelegen éénlaags SCHUUR op rechthoekige plattegrond staat onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak, waarvan de nok in oost-west richting loopt. Op de nokuiteinden zijn zinken pirons gezet. Onder de dakrand en in de toppen van de korte gevelzijden is vakwerk aangebracht. De gevels zijn in grauwe baksteen opgetrokken en verrijkt met banden in gele verblendsteen. In de gevels bevinden zich getoogde stalen vensters gezet onder strekken in gele verblendsteen. De aanbouw tegen de achtergevel (noorden) is voor bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. De zuidgevel heeft een in het midden een dichtgemetselde entree. Rechts daarvan bevindt zich een nieuwe toegang. De westgevel heeft rechts een later toegevoegde dubbele garagedeur en links daarvan een gewijzigde venster. In de top bevindt zich een luik. De oostgevel heeft twee getoogde stalen vensters en een in de middenas is luik in de geveltop geplaatst.

Het complexonderdeel is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een schuur uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw, waarbij in invloed herkenbaar is van de chaletstijl (vakwerkconstructie) en de Jugendstil. Description of complex component 2
A single-storey BARN located to the northeast of the villa on a rectangular floor plan stands under a barrel vault gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles, the ridge of which runs in an east-west direction. Zinc finials have been placed on the ridge ends. Under the roof edge and in the tops of the short side gables timber framing has been applied. The gables are constructed in grey brick and enriched with bands of yellow facing brick. In the gables are arched steel windows set under stone lintels in yellow facing brick. The extension against the rear gable (north) is of subordinate importance for preservation. The south gable has a filled-in entrance in the centre. To the right of this is a new entrance. The west gable has a later-added double garage door on the right and a modified window to the left. In the top is a hatch. The east gable has two arched steel windows and in the centre axis a hatch is placed in the gable top.
Valuation
The complex component is of general importance owing to its cultural and architectural historical value as an example of a barn from the early 20th century, in which the influence of the chalet style (timber framing construction) and Jugendstil is recognisable. It has ensemble value through the spatial, functional and partly also stylistic relationship with the other complex components.
