Omschrijving complexonderdeel 3
Ten westen van de schuur bevindt zich een klein bakstenen POMPHUISJE uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw op rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt tentdakje met zinken piron op de top. Aan drie zijden zijn drie verticale sleuven zijn uitgespaard. De toegang bevindt zich aan de oostzijde. Aan de zuidzijde is een kleine, later gerealiseerde aanbouw gezet.
Waardering
Het pomhuisje is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als relatief zeldzaam voorbeeld van een dergelijk bouwtype uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw, dat tevens ensemblewaarde heeft in relatie met de overige complexonderdelen.

To the west of the barn stands a small brick PUMP HOUSE from the early 20th century on a rectangular plan, consisting of one storey under a tent roof covered with red Dutch tiles with zinc cresting on the top. On three sides, three vertical slots have been left open. The entrance is located on the east side. On the south side a small, later-constructed extension has been placed.
Valuation
The pump house is of general importance on account of its cultural and architectural historical value as a relatively rare example of such a building type from the early 20th century, which also has ensemble value in relation to the other complex components.
