Omschrijving complexonderdeel 1
De LANGHUISBOERDERIJ gebouwd omstreeks 1860 heeft een rietgedekt zadeldak met grote overstek aan de voorzijde, gedragen door gesneden balkeinden. De dakkapellen aan beide zijden zijn modern en vallen buiten de bescherming.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel (oostzijde) heeft hoekpilasters en twee pilasters in het midden die een ronde boog in de geveltop 'ondersteunen', uitgevoerd in rode baksteen. De tussenliggende verdiepte velden zijn in gele baksteen uitgevoerd. Op de begane grond zijn vier zesruits vensters met luiken aangebracht. Op de verdieping bevinden zich twee spitsboogvormige vensters en een rond vlieringvenster, alle met tracering.
De overige gevels zijn uitgevoerd in rode baksteen. In de linkerzijgevel bevinden zich twee zesruitsvensters en de ingang binnen een inpandig portiek. In het verlengde van de ingang loopt een dwarsgang met aan het andere uiteinde in de rechterzijgevel eveneens een deur. Aan deze zijde zijn twee vensters met luiken aangebracht als in de voorgevel. Het achterhuis bevat in de zijgevels rechthoekige stalvensters oorspronkelijk voorzien van luiken. De achtergevel heeft in het midden een dubbele deur met rechts en links een staldeur en een betonnen vierruits venster. In de geveltop is een roosvenster geplaatst.
In het voorhuis is een restant van een betegelde schouw aanwezig met een voorstelling van een werkende boer in rode tegels.
Waardering complexonderdeel 1
Het object is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van het type langhuisboerderij, alsmede vanwege de gaafheid van de hoofdvorm en gevelindeling. In het bijzonder vanwege de detaillering van de voorgevel in twee kleuren baksteen in neogotische trant. De boerderij is voorts van grote ensemblewaarde in samenhang met het naastgelegen zomerhuis, gebouwd in dezelfde stijl.

Description of complex component 1
The LONGHOUSE FARMHOUSE built around 1860 has a reed-thatched gabled roof with large overhang at the front, supported by carved beam-ends. The roof dormers on both sides are modern and fall outside the protection.
The symmetrically arranged front facade (east side) has corner pilasters and two pilasters in the middle which support a round arch in the roof gable, executed in red brick. The intervening recessed fields are executed in yellow brick. On the ground floor are four six-pane windows with shutters. On the first floor are two ogival-arched windows and a round attic window, all with tracery.
The remaining facades are executed in red brick. In the left side facade are two six-pane windows and the entrance within an internal porch. Along the line of the entrance runs a cross corridor with a door at the other end in the right side facade. On this side two windows with shutters are placed as on the front facade. The rear house contains rectangular stable windows in the side facades originally fitted with shutters. The rear facade has in the middle a double door with to the right and left a stable door and a concrete four-pane window. In the roof gable a rose window has been placed.
In the front house is a remnant of a tiled fireplace present with a representation of a working farmer in red tiles.
Valuation of complex component 1
The object is of general importance for its architectural-historical value as an example of the longhouse farmhouse type, as well as for the integrity of the main form and facade arrangement. In particular for the detailing of the front facade in two colours of brick in neo-Gothic style. The farmhouse is furthermore of considerable group value in conjunction with the adjacent summer house, built in the same style.
