Inleiding
Voormalig JACHTHUIS gelegen op de Holterberg. Het huis, in huidige vorm in 1934 voltooid, is gebouwd in opdracht van een Haagse bankiersfamilie naar voorbeeld van Noorse blokhutten.
Omschrijving
Pand met een T-vormige plattegrond vanaf een bakstenen voet opgetrokken in hout onder een met bouletpannen gedekt, iets overstekend zadeldak. De gevelopeningen van het pand zijn gevat in witgeschilderde houten lijsten. Voor de voorgevel een veranda met houten balustrade. Het dak boven de veranda wordt gedragen door gedraaide houten kolommen en korbelen. In de gevel achter de veranda een enkele en twee dubbele deuren met meerruits vensters. In de geveltop zijn twee driehoekige vensters geplaatst met een roedenverdeling, in de top een trekbalkje.
De rechter zijgevel heeft een risalerend deel aan de rechterzijde. Hierin zijn een meerruits T-venster en twee zesruits vensters met luiken geplaatst, in de top een vierruits venster. De zijgevel van de risaliet heeft een dubbel zesruits venster met luiken. In het terugliggende deel van deze zijgevel bevindt zich een dubbel zesruits venster en een klein venster.
De achtergevel van het pand heeft twee deuren, één met bovenlicht, een venster met bovenlicht en een drielicht venster. De vensters zijn behangen met luiken.
De linker zijgevel bestaat ook weer uit een risalerend en terugliggend deel. In het risaliet is een meerruits drielicht venster geplaatst met luiken, daarnaast een dubbele deur met meerruits vensters en luiken.
In het terugliggende deel bevindt zich een deur met een meerruits venster en een dubbel zesruits venster met luiken.

Woonhuis van algemeen architectuurhistorisch belang:
