Omschrijving
CATECHISATIELOKAAL uit 1895 in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl, op rechthoekige plattegrond in roodbruine baksteen onder zadel/schilddak gedekt met zwarte Friese golfpannen; windveer met decoratief sierspant en makelaar; schoorsteen. Het lokaal staat met de voorgevel naar de kerk gericht. Over de voorgevel loopt een smalle sierband van rode en gele kalkzandsteen. Centraal in de voorgevel dubbele houten paneeldeur met drieruits bovenlicht, onder rondboog strek die, evenals de decoratieve invulling van de boogtrommel is gemetseld in rode en gele kalkzandsteen. In de zijgevels aan beide zijden drie rondboogvensters met roedeverdeling en vorktracering in de koppen. De achtergevel is blind.

CATECHISM ROOM from 1895 in craftsmanship-traditional style, on rectangular plan in reddish-brown brick under gabled/hipped roof covered with black Frisian tiles; weather vane with decorative ornamental spandrel and collar; chimney. The room is oriented with its front facade toward the church. A narrow decorative band of red and yellow calcium silicate brick runs across the front facade. Central in the front facade a double wooden panelled door with three-pane fanlight, under a round-arch band which, like the decorative infill of the arch soffit, is laid in red and yellow calcium silicate brick. In the side facades on both sides three round-arch windows with glazing bars and forked tracery in the heads. The rear facade is blind.
