Omschrijving
De ARBEIDERSWONING uit het midden van de negentiende eeuw in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl is in gele baksteen opgetrokken met een krimp aan beide zijgevels. Het bovenste gedeelte van de achtergevel is uitgevoerd in rode baksteen. Het zadeldak met wolfeind is gedekt met riet. In de voorgevel zijn twee zesruits schuifvensters en bovenin vierkante zaadvensters. De noordelijke zijgevel heeft een klein keldervenster en een vierruitsvenster. De entree met (vernieuwde) deur en zesruits zijlicht bevindt zich in de zuidgevel. In de achtergevel een horizontaal gedeelde opgeklampte deur met zijlicht.
Waardering
De arbeiderswoning uit het midden van de vorige eeuw is van algemeen cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch belang:
- als hoofdonderdeel van het complex van arbeiderswoning met stookhok;
- vanwege de vrij hoge mate van gaafheid;
- als karakteristieke arbeiderswoning annex keuterij voor de regio Friese Wouden.

Description
The WORKER'S DWELLING from the middle of the nineteenth century in craftsman-traditional style is constructed in yellow brick with a shrinkage crack on both side facades. The upper part of the rear facade is executed in red brick. The gabled roof with half-hipped end is covered with thatch. In the front facade are two six-pane sash windows and above small square seed windows. The northern side facade has a small cellar window and a four-pane window. The entrance with a (renewed) door and six-pane side light is located in the south facade. In the rear facade a horizontally divided bolted door with side light.
Valuation
The worker's dwelling from the middle of the previous century is of general cultural and architectural historical importance:
- as a main component of the complex of worker's dwelling with stove room;
- due to the fairly high degree of integrity;
- as a characteristic worker's dwelling annex smallholding for the Friese Wouden region.
