WONING voor de gezelschapsdame van mevrouw Paulina Maria Lefèvre de Montigny-Bisdom van Vliet, in 1907 gebouwd in Eclectische stijl.
Omschrijving
Woning vanaf een vierkante plattegrond opgetrokken in rode baksteen (kruisverband) onder een zadeldak met rode Hollandse pannen. De voorgevel heeft een hardstenen plint en een tuitgevel met een afgeronde tuit en een geprofileerde dakrand. De geveltop heeft een pinakelvormige bekroning.
De hoeklisenen met blokken van kunststeen worden aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door voluten van kunststeen. Op de begane grond zijn twee vensters geplaatst onder een segmentboog met aanzet- en sluitstenen. Onder de vensters is een geprofileerde waterlijst van kunststeen aangebracht. Ter plaatse van de zolderverdieping is een kleiner venster eveneens onder een segmentboog met aanzet- en sluisteen geplaatst. In deze gevel zijn verschillende muurankers geplaatst.
De linker zijgevel is blind.

Dwelling erected on a square floor plan in red brick (Flemish bond) under a gabled roof with red Dutch tiles. The front facade has a hard stone plinth and a spout gable with a rounded spout and a moulded roof edge. The gable top has a pinnacle-shaped crown.
The corner pilasters with blocks of artificial stone are closed off at the top by artificial stone volutes. On the ground floor two windows are placed under a segmental arch with relieving and closing stones. Below the windows a moulded drip moulding of artificial stone is applied. At the level of the upper floor a smaller window is likewise placed under a segmental arch with relieving and closing stone. Various wall anchors are placed in this facade.
The left side facade is blind.
