Inleiding
Vroeg-twintigste eeuws voormalig BOENHOK, onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex genaamd "Altijd Zorg" (beschermd onder complexnummer 512352). Het in een Traditioneel-Amabachtelijke stijl gebouwde hok is verbonden met de linker (noordelijke) zijgevel van het zomerhuis en stond oorspronkelijk boven een sloot, die voor een deel is gedempt.
Omschrijving
Vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond, in schone baksteen met gepleisterde plint opgetrokken boenhok onder een met golfplaat gedekt lessenaardak. In de naar de weg gekeerde gevel een tegen het zomerhuis aan staande deur onder rollagen twee halfronde venster met gietijzeren ramen. In de linker (noordelijke) zijgevel een identiek venster. In het midden van de symmetrische achtergevel twee vensters met houten kruisraam in een gevelveld van liggende planken, waar zich oorspronkelijk de boenstoep bevond.
Waardering
Het boenhok is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarden als onderdeel van een voor de streek karakteristiek boerderijtype met bijbehorende opstallen. Voorts heeft het boenhok situationele waarde vanwege de bijzondere historisch-ruimtelijke samenhang met de overige agrarische bebouwing aan de Weipoortseweg en heeft het ensemblewaarde vanwege de functionele en visuele samenhang met de overige complexonderdelen. Het boenhok is tevens van belang vanwege de herkenbaarheid en de gaafheid van het exterieur.

Early twentieth-century former DAIRY, part of the farmyard complex named "Altijd Zorg" (protected under complex number 512352). The shed built in a Traditional-Craftsmanship style is connected to the left (northern) side gable of the summer house and originally stood above a ditch, which has been partly filled in.
Description
From a rectangular floor plan, built of clean brickwork with rendered plinth under a lean-to roof covered with corrugated sheets. In the gable facing the road a door adjoining the summer house under drip mouldings, two semicircular windows with cast-iron frames. In the left (northern) side gable an identical window. In the middle of the symmetrical rear gable two windows with wooden cross window in a gable field of horizontal planks, where the dairy step was originally located.
Valuation
The dairy is of general interest due to its cultural-historical and architectural-historical values as part of a farmyard type characteristic for the region with associated outbuildings. Furthermore, the dairy has situational value due to its special historical-spatial relationship with the other agricultural buildings on the Weipoortseweg and has ensemble value due to its functional and visual relationship with the other complex components.
