Inleiding
Omstreeks 1900 gebouwd, links van de boerderij staand en door middel van een tussenlid met het zomerhuis verbonden voormalig KARNHUIS. Het betreft een eenvoudig, in een Traditioneel-Ambachtelijke stijl gebouwd karnhuis behorend bij het boerderijcomplex "Altijd Zorg" (beschermd onder monumentnummer 512352).
Omschrijving
Vanuit een vierkante plattegrond, in schone baksteen opgetrokken huisje onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt tentdak. Het huisje is aan de westkant doormiddel van een houten tussenlid met het zomerhuis verbonden. De noordgevel bevat twee getoogde vensters met gietijzeren stalramen. De twee rechtgesloten gevelopeningen in de oostgevel zijn een venster met zesruits-schuifraam en een nieuwe glasdeur, die beide onder een rollaag staan. De naar de boerderij gekeerde zuidgevel is blind.
Waardering
Het karnhuis is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarden als onderdeel van een voor de streek karakteristiek boerderijtype met bijbehorende opstallen. Voorts heeft het karnhuis situationele waarde vanwege de bijzondere historisch-ruimtelijke samenhang met de overige agrarische bebouwing aan de Weipoortseweg en heeft het ensemblewaarde vanwege de functionele en visuele samenhang met de overige complexonderdelen. Het karnhuis is tevens van belang vanwege de herkenbaarheid en de gaafheid van het exterieur.

Built around 1900, standing to the left of the farmhouse and connected to the summer house by means of a wooden link, former CHURN HOUSE. This is a simple churn house built in a Traditional-Craftsmanship style, belonging to the farmyard complex "Altijd Zorg" (protected under monument number 512352).
Description
From a square floor plan, built of clean brickwork under a hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles. The building is connected on the west side by means of a wooden link to the summer house. The north gable contains two arched windows with cast-iron stable frames. The two closed gable openings in the east gable are a window with six-pane sash window and a new glass door, both standing under a drip moulding. The south gable facing the farmhouse is blind.
Valuation
The churn house is of general interest due to its cultural-historical and architectural-historical values as part of a farmyard type characteristic for the region with associated outbuildings.
