Omschrijving
DUIVENTIL. In het weiland ten zuidwesten van de toegangslaan geplaatste negentiende-eeuwse duiventil, afkomstig van boerderij Tocamaheerd te Uithuizen (1980). De houten til bestaat uit een onderstel van schuin geplaatste staanders waarop een rechthoekige kast onder een met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak voorzien van een uitgezaagde kantlijst in ajour. In de lange zijden zijn onder de dakrand vijf ronde vlieggaten aangebracht en in de korte zijden vier met één toegangsdeurtje.

Description
DOVECOTE. A nineteenth-century dovecote placed in the meadow to the southwest of the access lane, originating from farmhouse Tocamaheerd in Uithuizen (1980). The wooden dovecote consists of a framework of obliquely placed posts on which a rectangular box under a gabled roof covered with half-glazed Old Dutch tiles provided with a fretted edge list in openwork. In the long sides five round flight holes are arranged below the roof edge and in the short sides four with one access doorway.
