Omschrijving onderdeel 12:
BOERDERIJ. Ten noordwesten van het hoofdgebouw ligt een gebouw oorspronkelijk in ca. 1851 gebouwd als koetshuis, maar al snel daarna in gebruik genomen als boerderij (tot 1964). De op vierkante grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen boerderij bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt omlopend schilddak. Het voormalige woondeel bevindt zich achter de west- en zuidmuur, die zijn witgesausd met een zwarte plint, het staldeel is aan de oostzijde. In de zuidgevel is de toegangsdeur met bovenlicht. De gevels zijn ingedeeld met houten schuifvensters met kleine roedenverdeling. De vensters in de zuid- en westgevels zijn voorzien van groene luiken. Tegen de noordzijde de tot conversatiezaal verbouwde kapberg onder een mansarde dak.

FARMHOUSE. To the northwest of the main building lies a building originally constructed around 1851 as a coach house, but soon thereafter put into use as a farmhouse (until 1964). The brick farmhouse, erected on a square footprint, consists of one storey under a hipped roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The former residential section is located behind the west and south facades, which are whitewashed with a black plinth; the stable section is on the east side. In the south facade is the entrance door with fanlight. The facades are divided with wooden sash windows with small glazing bars. The windows in the south and west facades are fitted with green shutters. Against the north side a chapel converted into a conversation room under a mansard roof.
