Omschrijving
POMPGEBOUW over één bouwlaag opgetrokken vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond in rode baksteen onder een met bouletpannen gedekt zadeldak. De verlenging van het pompgebouw, afgesloten door een plat dak, valt niet onder de bescherming. De zich verjongende eindgevels eindigen in een top onder een zandstenen afdekplaat. Vanaf de zandstenen aanzetstukken loopt langs de gevelrand een klimmend zandstenen keperboogfries. De vensters hebben stalen kozijnen en doorlopende granieten onderdorpels.
Voorgevel (west) met risalerende centrale entreepartij bestaande uit een dubbele houten deur met cassettes binnen een bakstenen omlijsting met natuurstenen blokken. Boven de deur, binnen de omlijsting een terugliggend bovenlicht. Hierboven twee vierruitsvensters. Aan weerszijden van de ingangspartij twee tweeruitsvensters. De zijgevels (noord en zuid) worden geleed door vijf vierruitsvensters.
Het interieur van het pompgebouw is nog geheel intact: kap met stalen spanten, met geglazuurde baksteen beklede wanden, stalen binnendeuren met glas-in-lood-bovenlichten in een rondboogportaal, origineel stalen hang- en sluitwerk. De oorspronkelijke pompinstallatie is in 1950 vervangen door nieuwe centrifugaalpompen, met uitzondering van de luchtketel uit 1928 direct naast de entree.

Pompgebouw van algemeen architectuur-, cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:

Description
PUMP BUILDING constructed over one storey from a rectangular ground plan in red brick beneath a gabled roof covered with French clay pantiles. The extension of the pump building, closed off by a flat roof, is not subject to protection. The tapering end gables terminate in a gable beneath a sandstone coping. From the sandstone setting pieces runs along the gable edge a climbing sandstone herringbone-bond frieze. The windows have steel frames and continuous granite sills.
Front facade (west) with protruding central entrance section consisting of a double wooden door with panels within a brick surround with natural stone blocks. Above the door, within the surround a recessed fanlight. Above this two four-light windows. On either side of the entrance section two two-light windows. The side facades (north and south) are articulated by five four-light windows.
The interior of the pump building is still completely intact: roof with steel trusses, walls clad with glazed brick, steel inner doors with leaded-glass fanlights in a round-arch portal, original steel hinges and fastenings. The original pump installation was replaced in 1950 by new centrifugal pumps, with the exception of the air tank from 1928 directly next to the entrance.
