Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS is in rode baksteen opgetrokken over één bouwlaag op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak met antracietgrijze Hollandse pannen. Onder de vensters gemetselde waterdorpels. In de voorgevel (O) is een rondboogvormige baander geplaatst onder een gevelbeschot en tussen tweedelige vierruits vensters met luiken. Het gevelbeschot wordt onderbroken door een luik. De rechter zijgevel (N) bevat staldeuren en enkele en dubbele vierruits vensters. Aan de linker zijgevel is een aanbouw met staldeur, roosvenster en schoorsteen toegevoegd, die als bakspieker gediend kan hebben. In de jaren '90 van de twintigste eeuw is het koetshuis middels een tussenlid met het tuinmanshuis verbonden. Een deel van het koetshuis is in gebruik genomen als woonruimte.

Het koetshuis is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang, vanwege:

Description
The COACH HOUSE is built in red brickwork over one storey on a rectangular plan beneath a gabled roof with anthracite-grey Dutch tiles. Under the windows rendered drip mouldings. In the front façade (E) a semi-circular arched opening is placed beneath barge boards and between two-part four-pane windows with shutters. The barge boards are interrupted by a shutter. The right side façade (N) contains stable doors and single and double four-pane windows. To the left side façade an outbuilding with a stable door, ventilation window and chimney has been added, which may have served as a hay store. In the 1990s the coach house was connected to the gardener's house by means of a connecting link. Part of the coach house has been converted for use as living space.
Valuation
The coach house is of general cultural-historical and urban planning importance, because of:
- the social and economic significance of Veningh Meinesz for the surroundings of the Eelerberg;
- the spatial and functional relationship with the country house, gardener's house and steward's house;
- the integrity of the exterior.
