Omschrijving onderdeel 7:
BOERDERIJ 'DE OSSENSTAL' MET SCHUUR. Ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw staat een hoog opgetrokken boerderij gebouwd in Italiaanse trant in 1887 (zie sluitsteen) met klinkeroprijpad en klinkerbestrating rondom. De boerderij was oorspronkelijk samengesteld uit een woning, stal en korenzolder. In 1949 is de stal tot woonruimte verbouwd. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pand met grijze plint bestaat uit een witgeschilderde bakstenen onderbouw en een houten bovenbouw van gepotdekselde verticale planken tussen gemetselde pijlers onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De langgevel aan de weg is door de pijlers in drie vakken gedeeld met in het midden een getoogde dubbele inrijdeur geflankeerd door getoogde spaarnissen van dezelfde grote waarin een rond venster in de vorm van een wagenwiel. Voor de nissen staan hardstenen drinkbakken (zitbankje). De kopsgevel aan de zuidzijde heeft een vensterindeling met draaivensters, de noordzijde heeft twee deuren aan weerszijden van een halfrond stalvenster en een hooiluik in de top. Aan de achterzijde is het stalgedeelte uitgebouwd. Toegangsdeur in aanbouw onder lessenaarsdak. Achter het gebouw staat een op L-vormige grondslag opgetrokken witgeschilderde bakstenen schuur bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de gevels getoogde stalvensters en deuren.

FARM 'DE OSSENSTAL' WITH BARN. North of the main building stands a tall farm built in Italian style in 1887 (see keystone) with clinker brick driveway and clinker brick paving around it. The farm originally consisted of a dwelling, stable and grain loft. In 1949 the stable was converted into living space. The building erected on a rectangular ground plan with grey plinth consists of a whitewashed brick base and a wooden upper storey of tarred vertical planks between mortared pillars under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The long facade facing the road is divided into three bays by the pillars with in the centre a vaulted double carriage entrance flanked by vaulted spandrels of the same size in which a round window in the shape of a cartwheel. In front of the spandrels stand sandstone drinking troughs (sitting bench). The gable on the south side has a window arrangement with casement windows, the north side has two doors on either side of a semicircular stable window and a hay door at the top. At the rear the stable section is extended. Access door in outbuilding under a lean-to roof. Behind the building stands a whitewashed brick barn erected on an L-shaped ground plan consisting of one storey under a gabled roof covered with Dutch tiles. Vaulted stable windows and doors in the facades.
