Omschrijving onderdeel 9:
JACHTOPZIENERSWONING. Ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw ligt een kleine dienstwoning van gele handvormbaksteen gebouwd in 1917. In 1981 inwendig sterk verbouwd. De op L-vormige grondslag opgetrokken woning bestaat uit anderhalve bouwlaag onder een deels met riet en deels met pannen gedekt gekoppeld schilddak dat aan de voorzijde enigszins is verhoogd. In de oksel van de L is een uitbouw onder een lessenaarsdak. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft centraal een opgeklampte toegangsdeur met smal bovenlicht geflankeerd door kruisvensters met draairamen en halve luiken. In de mezzanino bevinden zich twee vierruits draaivensters met luik. In de zijgevels getoogde gietijzeren vensters.

HUNT KEEPER'S DWELLING. North of the main building lies a small service dwelling of yellow handmade brick built in 1917. Substantially altered internally in 1981. The dwelling erected on an L-shaped ground plan consists of one and a half storeys under a coupled hipped roof partly covered with thatch and partly with tiles, which is somewhat raised at the front. In the angle of the L is an extension under a lean-to roof. The symmetrically arranged front facade has centrally a hinged access door with narrow fanlight flanked by cross windows with casement panes and half shutters. In the mezzanine are two four-pane casement windows with shutters. In the side facades arched cast-iron windows.
