Inleiding
PAARDENSTAL met KOETSHUIS is gebouwd in 1924 in een Traditioneel Ambachtelijke stijl als onderdeel van een boerderijcomplex, bestaande uitmeerdere onderdelen. Het pand staat ten zuidwesten van het stalgedeelte van de boerderij, aan de andere zijde van het oprijpad.
Omschrijving
Vrijstaande paardenstal met koetshuis is opgetrokken vanaf een rechthoekige plattegrond in rode baksteen. Het met gesmoorde pannen gedekte zadeldak heeft eenvoudige windveren met makelaar en haanhout en een nokrichting die evenwijdig loopt aan die van het stalgedeelte van de boerderij. Zij- en langsgevels zijn uitgevoerd met getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters. De kopse gevel aan de noordwestzijde is een puntgevel met een beschoten geveltop, voorzien van een gietijzeren roosvenster. De zuidoostelijke kopgevel bevat bovendien een enkele en een dubbele rechtgesloten deur.
Waardering
Het complexonderdeel is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als karakteristiek voorbeeld van een paardenstal met koetshuis uit het begin van twintigste eeuw in een Traditioneel Ambachtelijke bouwstijl. Het pand is gaaf in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering. De paardenstal met inpandig koetshuis heeft ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex, bestaande uit ruimtelijk en functioneel aan elkaar gerelateerde erfonderdelen.

HORSE STABLE with COACH HOUSE was built in 1924 in a Traditional Vernacular style as part of a farm complex consisting of several components. The building stands to the south-west of the barn section of the farmhouse, on the other side of the access road.
Description
Detached horse stable with coach house is constructed on a rectangular ground plan in red brick. The gabled roof covered with weathered tiles has simple wind braces with corbel and roof crook and a ridge direction that runs parallel to that of the barn section of the farmhouse. Side and long facades are executed with segmental cast-iron stable windows. The gable wall on the north-west side is a pointed gable with a boarded gable top, provided with a cast-iron vent window. The south-east gable wall also contains a single and a double closed door.
Valuation
The complex component is of general interest because of its cultural and architectural-historical value as a characteristic example of a horse stable with coach house from the beginning of the twentieth century in a Traditional Vernacular building style. The building is intact in main form, material use and detailing. The horse stable with integrated coach house has ensemble value as part of the farm complex, consisting of spatially and functionally interrelated farm yard components.
