Omschrijving onderdeel 3: Wagenschuur.
Dit gebouw ligt terugliggend rechts van het koetshuis. Het is gebouwd omstreeks 1910 in een neogotische stijl, bestaat uit twee bouwlagen onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak en heeft een in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken trapgevel. In de top diverse architectonische details.
