BOUWHUIS/ORANJERIE (LINKS). In baksteen opgetrokken rechthoekig gebouw uit het midden van de 17de eeuw van één bouwlaag onder met pannen gedekt schilddak. Op de nok van het dak een luidklok (oorspronkelijk afkomstig van het hoofdgebouw). De langsgevel is gericht op het voorterrein van het huis. Deze gevel is symmetrisch ontworpen met centraal in een risalerend deel de entree, bestaande uit een deur met bovenlicht onder een rondboog, daarboven een in baksteen uitgevoerde dakkapel. Links en rechts bevinden zich een raam en een deur eveneens met bovenlicht onder een rondboog. Het zuidelijke dakvlak is gebogen uitgevoerd met in de ontstane boog een ruit met gebogen traceringen. Daarnaast een serre-achtige uitbouw. Achtergevel met enkele gelijke vensteropeningen. De oranjerie is verbouwd tot woning; in het interieur onder meer nog een pomp, een koperen ingebouwde bak en oventje, een broodoven met 12 deuren en een kaaskelder.

Het BOUWHUIS/ORANJERIE (links) is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarden (goed en gaaf bewaard voorbeeld van een 17de eeuws bouwhuis, zelfde bouwstijl als hoofdhuis, bijzonder detail in zuidelijke dakvlak);
- vanwege de situeringswaarde als flankerend bouwdeel langs het voorplein.

Description
BUILDING HOUSE/ORANGERY (LEFT). Rectangular building constructed in brick from the mid-17th century with one storey under a tiled hipped roof. On the ridge of the roof a bell cote (originally from the main building). The long facade faces the forecourt of the house. This facade is symmetrically designed with centrally in a projecting section the entrance, consisting of a door with fanlight under a rounded arch, above it a roof dormer executed in brick. To the left and right are a window and a door likewise with fanlight under a rounded arch. The southern roof slope is curved with in the resulting arch a pane with curved tracery. Alongside it a conservatory-like extension. Rear facade with several identical window openings. The orangery has been converted into a dwelling; in the interior among other things still a pump, a built-in copper tank and small oven, a bread oven with 12 doors and a cheese cellar.

The BUILDING HOUSE/ORANGERY (left) is of general importance:
