HOOFDGEBOUW (Oldenaller). In oorsprong 17de eeuws landhuis, vermoedelijk naar ontwerp van Jacob van Campen, opgetrokken in baksteen met een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt, omlopend schilddak. Centraal in het dakvlak is een toren gebouwd in baksteen. Het huis is gebouwd op een vierkante plattegrond met iets uitstekende zijvleugels. De voorgevel is symmetrisch opgezet met centraal de entree, bestaande uit een dubbele deur met bovenlicht, in een geprofileerde rondbogige omlijsting. Deze omlijsting is geplaatst bij een verbouwing rond 1850. Links en rechts bevindt zich een 8-ruits venster; op de verdieping drie vensters met bovenlicht met empireverdeling, die eveneens rond 1850 is aangebracht. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een eenvoudige gootlijst op consoles. Boven de gootlijst is een zware dakkapel in baksteen met een klein venster en natuurstenen fronton geplaatst. In het fronton een gebeeldhouwd wapen en daaronder een sculptuur met de jaartallen 1655 en 1665. De centrale toren is vierkant met vier uitstekende baksteen kolommen uit 1850. De zijgevels hebben een zwaar middenrisaliet, vensters conform de voorgevel met op het risaliet 19e-eeuwse dakkapellen, uitgevoerd in baksteen met een glad tympaan.De achtergevel heeft een souterrain, vensters zoals in de voorgevel en wordt geflankeerd door aangebouwde tuinmuren. De structuur van het huis is goed bewaard met een centrale gang waarnaast zich de verblijfsruimten bevinden. Ondanks wijzigingen ten behoeve van meervoudige bewoning zijn deze structuur en enkele details goed bewaard gebleven, zoals de hal met Empire stucwerk, een salon met gesneden Lodewijk XV-schouw, een balustertrap uit de bouwtijd en een pomp in de kelder.

Description
MAIN BUILDING (Oldenaller). Originally a 17th-century country house, presumably designed by Jacob van Campen, built in brick with a hipped roof covered with half-timbered tiles running around it. A tower is built centrally in the roof plane in brick. The house is built on a square ground plan with slightly projecting side wings. The front facade is set out symmetrically with the entrance centrally positioned, consisting of a double door with fanlight, in a moulded round-arch surround. This surround was placed during a conversion around 1850. To the left and right is an 8-pane window; on the first floor three windows with fanlight with Empire glazing bars, also applied around 1850. The facade is closed off by a simple gutter cornice on corbels. Above the gutter cornice a heavy brick dormer with a small window and natural stone pediment is placed. In the pediment a sculptured coat of arms and below it a sculpture with the dates 1655 and 1665. The central tower is square with four projecting brick columns from 1850. The side facades have a heavy central projection, windows conforming to the front facade with 19th-century dormers on the projection, executed in brick with a plain tympanum. The rear facade has a basement, windows as in the front facade and is flanked by attached garden walls. The structure of the house is well preserved with a central corridor beside which the living spaces are located. Despite alterations for multiple occupancy, this structure and several details have been well preserved, such as the hall with Empire stucco work, a salon with carved Louis XV fireplace, a baluster staircase from the time of construction and a pump in the cellar.
