Inleiding
Uit 1931 daterende MUUR rond de Algemene begraafplaats van Noordwijk. Mogelijk is daarbij gebruik gemaakt van bestaand muurwerk.
Omschrijving
De manshoge in rode baksteen opgetrokken muur is aan weerszijden van doorgangen en trappen uitgevoerd met een welving in het metselwerk, afgedekt met een strekkenlaag. De hoofdentree bestaat uit een eenvoudig smeedijzeren hek tussen hekpijlers.
Waardering
Begraafplaatsmuur met toegangshek van algemeen belang vanwege de hoge ensemblewaarde als historisch functioneel en ruimtelijk onderdeel van het begraafplaatscomplex te Noordwijk.
