Omschrijving
Het koetshuis is gebouwd in het eerste kwart van de twintigste eeuw als opvolger van oudere koetshuizen die zowel hier als elders op het buiten hebben gestaan. Het ligt ten westen van het huis. Het is een bescheiden bakstenen pand onder pannen zadeldak. De voorgevel, bekroond als trapgevel, bevat dubbele deuren onder een korfboog, in de top een boogvormig luik.
Waardering
Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- het bouwtype koetshuis, met als opvallend element de trapgevel;
- de samenhang met Luchtenburg als een van de bijgebouwen bij huis en boerderij.

Description
The carriage house was built in the first quarter of the 20th century as a successor to earlier carriage houses that stood both here and elsewhere on the estate. It is located to the west of the house. It is a modest brick building under a tiled gabled roof. The front facade, topped as a stepped gable, contains double doors under a segmental arch, with an arched shutter at the peak.

The carriage house is of general importance because of:
