Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ. Boerderij behorende tot de historische buitenplaats De Matanze, gelegen in het meest zuidelijke deel van de aanleg. De op rechthoekige grondslag, in baksteen opgetrokken boerderij uit -volgens een aangebracht steentje- 1860 overkapt door een laag, met hollandse pannen gedekt wolfsdak en is deels voorzien van vensters met 12- en 16 ruits verdeling.

BOERDERIJ behorende tot de buitenplaats De Matanze, van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- vanwege de architectonische vormgeving;

Description
FARMHOUSE. Farmhouse belonging to the historic country estate De Matanze, located in the most southern part of the grounds. The farmhouse, built on a rectangular plan in brick according to a stone tablet attached to it from 1860, is roofed by a low half-hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles and is partly provided with windows with 12- and 16-pane glazing bars.
