TUINMANSHUIS MET SCHUUR. Aan de zuidzijde van de aanleg staat een tuinmanshuis uit 1887, dat in 1909 is afgebroken en met dezelfde bouwmaterialen op de huidige plaats weer is opgebouwd. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde kruispannen gedekt zadeldak met makelaar. De drie traveeën brede voorgevel is voorzien van negenruitsvensters met luiken en een vierruitsvenster in de top. Achter het huis staat een houten SCHUUR met horizontale gepotdekselde delen onder een zadeldak.

GARDENER'S HOUSE WITH BARN. On the south side of the grounds stands a gardener's house from 1887, which was demolished in 1909 and reconstructed in its current location with the same building materials. The building, erected on a rectangular plan, consists of one storey beneath a gabled roof covered with dampened roof tiles with a ridge tile. The three-bay wide front facade is provided with nine-pane windows with shutters and a four-pane window in the gable. Behind the house stands a wooden BARN with horizontally potted wood pieces beneath a gabled roof.
