Het rechts achter het hoofdgebouw gelegen KOETSHUIS met dienstwoning is in dezelfde neorenaissancestijl en vermoedelijk in dezelfde periode als de villa gebouwd, namelijk tussen 1881 en 1882. Het pand is boven een gecementeerde plint opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond en telt twee bouwlagen onder een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt zadeldak met de nok haaks op de weg. Het bouwdeel aan de achterzijde heeft een lagere nokhoogte. Tussen de twee bouwlagen is een geprofileerde cordonlijst aangebracht. Tegen het hoofdgebouw is rechts een aanbouw gezet, aan de voorzijde onder een lessenaardak, aan de achterzijde onder een plat dak. De gevels zijn voorzien van geel bakstenen speklagen, hoekblokken en aanzetstenen in de strekkenlagen. De voorgevel bevat twee openslaande inrijdeuren met gebogen strek. In de tweede bouwlaag zijn twee zesruits schuifvensters geplaatst. Daarboven bevindt zich een klein venster. De nok is voorzien van een uitgezaagde houten topgeveldecoratie. De aanbouw bevat rondboogvensters en deuren met rondboog bovenlichten. Boven de deur is een kepervenster gezet.
Tegen de linker zijgevel is een druivenkas gezet met stenen zijwanden waarin deuren. In het voorste bouwdeel bevinden zich in de tweede bouwlaag twee zesruits schuifvensters. De achtergevel bevat twee deuren met bovenlicht en een venster met bovenlicht. In de topgevel is een kepervenster met luiken aangebracht. De gevel is versierd met een ajour uitgezaagde topgeveldecoratie.

The COACH HOUSE with servants' quarters situated to the right behind the main building is built in the same neo-Renaissance style and presumably in the same period as the villa, namely between 1881 and 1882. The building is erected above a cemented plinth on a rectangular ground plan and has two storeys under a gabled roof covered with aged tiles with the ridge at right angles to the road. The building part at the rear has a lower ridge height. Between the two storeys a profiled string course is applied. Against the main building an extension is set on the right, on the front side under a sloping roof, on the rear side under a flat roof. The facades are provided with yellow brick speckled brickwork, corner blocks and quoins in the stretcher courses. The front facade contains two double carriage doors with curved bond. In the second storey two six-light sash windows are placed. Above this is a small window. The ridge is provided with a cut-out wooden gable decoration. The extension contains round-arched windows and doors with round-arched fanlights. Above the door is a herringbone window set.
Against the left side facade is a grape house set with stone side walls with doors in them. In the front building part there are two six-light sash windows in the second storey. The rear facade contains two doors with fanlight and a window with fanlight. In the gable is a herringbone window with shutters applied. The facade is decorated with an openwork cut-out gable decoration.
