De evenwijdig aan de spoorlijn gelegen DIENSTWONING telt één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak gedekt rode kruispannen. De top is betimmerd met verticale delen. De gevels zijn boven een vooruitstekende plint uitgevoerd met accenten in geel verblendsteen. De gevels zijn symmetrisch van opzet en indeling. Vensters en deuren zijn voorzien van drieruits bovenlichten en ontlastingsbogen met accenten in verblendsteen. De vensterbanken en dorpels zijn van hardsteen. De voorgevel bevat in het midden twee deuren waarnaast aan elke zijde een venster. In de top is een stolpend venster aangebracht.
De linkerzijgevel bevat drie traveeën. De linker bestaat uit een venster en een deur, de middelste uit een deur en een venster en de rechter uit twee vensters. De achtergevel bevat twee vensters en een stolpend venster in de top.

The SERVICE DWELLING situated parallel to the railway line comprises one storey beneath a gabled roof covered with red cross tiles. The apex is clad with vertical boards. The facades are executed above a projecting plinth with accents in yellow brick. The facades are symmetrical in layout and composition. Windows and doors are provided with three-pane fanlights and relieving arches with accents in brick. The window sills and thresholds are of sandstone. The front facade contains in the centre two doors with a window on each side. In the apex a tilted window has been installed.
The left side facade contains three bays. The left one consists of a window and a door, the middle one of a door and a window and the right one of two windows. The rear facade contains two windows and a tilted window in the apex.
The right side facade has three bays each with two windows.
