HEK EN BRUG. Achttiende eeuws smeedijzeren spijlenhek gevat in twee vroeg 20ste-eeuwse vierkante bakstenen pijlers onder hardstenen afdekplaat, ter afsluiting van de plaats en de noordoostelijke toegangslaan, gesitueerd aan de westoever van de Grote Beerse. Aansluitend een houten brug (waaronder stuw) met 18de-eeuwse smeedijzeren balustrade, steunend op rode bakstenen keermuren uit de jaren '30 van de 20ste eeuw.

Description
FENCE AND BRIDGE. Eighteenth-century wrought-iron spear fence set in two early 20th-century square brick piers under a sandstone cap, to close off the grounds and the northeastern access drive, situated on the west bank of the Grote Beerse. Adjacent a wooden bridge (with sluice beneath) with 18th-century wrought-iron balustrade, resting on red brick retaining walls from the 1930s.
