Omschrijving
Het kleine TRANSFOMATORGEBOUW is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak met rode Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn witgepleisterd. In de voorgevel (Z) zijn twee stalen deuren en een venster met een stalen kozijn en roedenverdeling geplaatst. Op de hoogte van de bovendorpel van de deuren en het venster is rondom een waterlijst aangebracht.
Waardering
Het transformatorgebouw is van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de sobere doch opvallende architectuur
- de gaafheid van het exterieur
- de ruimtelijk-functionele samenhang met de overige complexonderdelen

The small TRANSFORMER BUILDING is constructed on a rectangular plan under a gabled roof with red Dutch tiles. The facades are whitewashed. In the front facade (S) two steel doors and a window with a steel frame and glazing bars have been placed. At the height of the upper edge of the doors and the window a drip moulding has been applied all around.

The transformer building is of cultural, architectural-historical and urban planning importance because of:
