Aan de noordkant heeft de uit 1920 daterende ZWEMVIJVER een rechte oever, aan de zuidkant heeft de vijver een lobvormige omtrek. Op ronde betonnen pijlers steunen de betonnen steigers van de rechthoekige BASSINS, die gedeeltelijk zijn bekleed met metselwerk, hout en damwandprofielen. Op de steigers rondom het jeugdbad staan ronde startblokken van beton met overstekende stapstenen van grindbeton. Op de noordoosthoek van de steiger van het jeugdbad is de duikplank van stalen buizen en hout vastgeklonken in een betonnen sokkel.
Achter de bassins (Z) een betonnen trap van zes treden over de gehele breedte van het complex. Bovenin de trap bij het jeugdbad is een halfrond voetenbad uitgespaard.
Waardering
Cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig van algemeen belang vanwege:

Description
On the north side the SWIMMING POND dating from around 1920 has a straight shore, on the south side the pond has a lobed perimeter. On round concrete pillars rest the concrete jetties of the rectangular BASINS, which are partly clad with brickwork, wood and sheet piling profiles. On the jetties around the youth pool stand round concrete starting blocks with overhanging stepping stones of gravel concrete. On the north-east corner of the jetty of the youth pool the diving board of steel tubing and wood is riveted in a concrete base.
Behind the basins (S) a concrete staircase of six steps across the full width of the complex. At the top of the staircase at the youth pool a semicircular foot bath is recessed.
