Omschrijving
De DIENSTWONING uit 1923 voor de badmeester is over één bouwlaag opgetrokken in geschilderd gepotdekseld hout, op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een overstekend zadeldak. De beschoten geveltoppen van de zijgevels bestaan uit geschilderde planken, onder de goten van de langsgevels vormen de latten een fries. Door middel van een platgedekt tussenlid is de woning aan de oostkant gekoppeld aan de voormalige kinderkleedkamer. In dit tussenlid zijn aan de voorzijde (Z) een deur met een venster, een tweeruits venster en een venster met vier zijlichten geplaatst. Het venster in de deur en de zijlichten worden evenals de bovenlichten van de andere vensters beëindigd onder afgesnoten hoeken.
De linker zijgevel (W) is geleed door drie vensters met drieruits bovenlichten. De achtergevel (N) aan de vijverkant door een venster met bovenlicht en een deur met zijlicht in het tussenlid.
Waardering
De dienstwoning voor de badmeester is van algemeen cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:

Description
The SERVICE DWELLING from 1923 for the bathing attendant is constructed over one storey in painted rendered timber, on a rectangular plan under a projecting gabled roof. The rendered gable ends of the side facades consist of painted planks, and under the gutters of the longitudinal facades the battens form a frieze. By means of a flat-roofed intermediate section, the dwelling is coupled on the east side to the former children's changing room. In this intermediate section, a door with a window, a two-light window and a window with four side lights are placed on the front (S). The window in the door and the side lights, like the fanlights of the other windows, are terminated under cut-off corners.
The left side facade (W) is divided by three windows with three-light fanlights. The rear facade (N) on the pond side by a window with fanlight and a door with side light in the intermediate section.

The service dwelling for the bathing attendant is of general cultural, architectural-historical and urban planning importance because of:
