WOONHUIS 'KLEIN BEERSCHOTEN' onderdeel 8. Aan de oostelijke ingang van de buitenplaats Beerschoten gelegen woonhuis uit 1843 (gebouwd als gastenverblijf). Dit vrijstaande witgepleisterde pand met grijze plint op L-vormige grondslag valt op door de pleisterdecoraties en opmerkelijke ingangsportaal. De voorgevel (west) heeft een verhoogd middenrisaliet onder een flauw hellend zadeldak dat haaks staat op het zadeldak van de hoofdvleugel van één bouwlaag. Rechts van het risaliet het ingangsportaal met dubbele toegangsdeur onder een rondboogvormig bovenlicht en links een venster met luiken. De topgevel aan de zijde van de Utrechtseweg heeft eveneens een middenrisaliet. Aan de achterzijde is de oorspronkelijke vormgeving van het pand verstoord als gevolg van enkele aanbouwen.

RESIDENCE 'KLEIN BEERSCHOTEN' component 8. Located at the eastern entrance of the country estate Beerschoten a house dating from 1843 (built as a guest lodge). This detached whitewashed rendered building with grey plinth on an L-shaped floor plan stands out because of the rendered decorations and remarkable entrance portico. The front facade (west) has a raised central projection under a slightly sloping gabled roof that is at right angles to the gabled roof of the main wing of one storey. To the right of the projection the entrance portico with double entrance door under a round arch fanlight and to the left a window with shutters. The gable on the side of the Utrechtseweg likewise has a central projection. On the rear the original design of the building is disturbed as a result of several extensions.
