Omschrijving
PORTIERSWONING. Omstreeks 1860 gebouwd, deels onderkelderd woonhuis op rechthoekige grondslag en vooruitspringende voeting, onder een met grijze pannen gedekt zadeldak. Het huis is witgeschilderd en voorzien van een blokbepleistering. De symmetrische voorgevel met daklijst heeft drie traveeën: de middelste travee met een risalerende werking bestaat uit een topgevel onder een dwarsgeplaatst zadeldak. In de risaliet een terugliggend portiek, aan weerszijden geflankeerd door pilasters met siervelden, door een rondboogprofiel met elkaar verbonden. In het profiel een kinderkopje. In het portiek (thans) een 4-ruitsvenster met 2-ruitsbovenlicht. Oorspronkelijk bevond zich op deze plaats de hoofdingang. Rondom het venster met afgeronde hoeken een geprofileerde omlijsting met een ornament. Op de verdieping twee smalle vensters met afgeronde hoeken, door roeden in ruiten en driehoeken geleed, waartussen in de muurdam twee spitsbogen in pleister; in de geprofileerde omlijsting rondom de vensters een ornament. Links en rechts van de risaliet op de begane grond, boven een omgaande waterlijst, een 6-ruitsschuifvenster met afgeronde hoeken met eenzelfde omlijsting en ornament als het venster in het portaal. De linkerzijgevel is voorzien van een 6-ruitsschuifvenster zoals hiervoor beschreven en een blinde nis met ruit-bepleistering binnen voornoemde omlijsting. Op de verdieping een gedeeld luik door roeden in driehoeken geleed, met in het midden twee ruitvormige vensters, met een omlijsting als voornoemd. In de rechterzijgevel beganegronds een 6-ruitsschuifvenster en een blinde nis, met omlijsting als voornoemd. Op de verdieping een gedeeld 4-ruitsvenster, met omlijsting als voornoemd. Aan de achterzijde van het huis een witgepleisterde aanbouw op vooruitspringende, grijsgeschilderde voeting, onder een, met grijze pannen gedekt, lessenaarsdak. PORTER'S LODGE. Built around 1860, partly cellared dwelling house on a rectangular ground plan with a projecting plinth, beneath a gabled roof covered with grey tiles.
