Omschrijving
TUINMANSWONING 'DE KOEPEL' onderdeel 7. Gelegen aan het begin van de oprijlaan een uit 1855 daterende tuinmanswoning. Het witgepleisterde pand bestaat uit een rechthoekig bouwdeel van één bouwlaag onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt overstekend zadeldak en een torenvormig achthoekig bouwdeel van twee bouwlagen onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt octagonaal tentdak. In het achthoekige bouwvolume bevinden zich op de verdieping enkele drielichtvensters. In de langsgevel aan de noordzijde bevindt zich de hoofdingang.

GARDENER'S LODGE 'DE KOEPEL' component 7. Located at the beginning of the drive a gardener's lodge dating from 1855. The whitewashed rendered building consists of a rectangular building section of one storey under an overhanging gabled roof covered with Dutch tiles and a tower-shaped octagonal building section of two storeys under an octagonal tent roof covered with Dutch tiles. In the octagonal building volume there are on the upper storey several three-light windows. In the long facade on the north side is the main entrance.
