Inleiding
Landbouwhaventje genaamd Rattekaai, tevens tijhaven, aangelegd na de bedijking van de Eerste Bathpolder in 1856. Gelegen aan het noordelijke uiteinde van de Separatiedijk tussen de Eerste Bathpolder en de Tweede Bathpolder (1862 bedijkt).
Omschrijving
Havenkom met havenplateau gelegen aan de oostkant van het uiteinde van de Separatiedijk, onder meer voorzien van bestrating met klinkers en een gedeelte met natuurstenen. De dijkglooiing is in 1911 versterkt met een betonglooiing volgens het systeem "De Muralt". Het havenhoofd is tevens voorzien van betonmuurtjes, eveneens volgens het systeem "De Muralt".
Aan het havenplateau bevindt zich een houten steigertje en in de havenkom meerdere houten meerpalen.
Waardering
Haventje van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en zeldzaamheidswaarde.

Agricultural small harbour named Rattekaai, also a tidal harbour, constructed after the embanking of the Eerste Bathpolder in 1856. Located at the northern end of the Separatiedijk between the Eerste Bathpolder and the Tweede Bathpolder (embanked in 1862).
Description
Harbour basin with harbour platform located on the east side of the end of the Separatiedijk, equipped amongst other things with brick paving and a section with natural stone. The embankment slope was reinforced in 1911 with a concrete slope according to the "De Muralt" system. The harbour head is also fitted with concrete walls, likewise according to the "De Muralt" system.
At the harbour platform there is a wooden jetty and in the harbour basin several wooden mooring posts.
Valuation
Small harbour of general importance because of cultural-historical and rarity value.
