Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwd KOETSHUIS, bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder overstekend zadeldak met zwarte kruispan en gesneden windveren. Het muurwerk is hoofdzakelijk opgetrokken in rode baksteen met een gecementeerde plint. Gele baksteen is afwisselend ter decoratie toegepast. De symmetrische voorzijde heeft een opgeklampte dubbele deur met drieruits bovenlicht, geflankeerd door een rechthoekig en getoogd venster met liggende vijfruits roedeverdeling. De geveltop heeft een rond vierruits venster. De linkerzijde heeft twee getoogde ijzeren stalvensters. De rechterzijde is blind. De achterzijde heeft een dubbele schuifdeur met getoogd vierruits bovenlicht. Daarboven bevindt zich een opgeklampte dubbele transportdeur met getoogd tweelichts bovenlicht.

Carriage house built on a rectangular groundplan, consisting of one storey under overhanging gabled roof with black Spanish tile and carved wind braces. The masonry is mainly constructed in red brick with a cemented plinth. Yellow brick is applied alternately for decoration. The symmetrical front has a clamped double door with three-light fanlight, flanked by a rectangular and arched window with horizontal five-light glazing bars. The gable top has a round four-light window. The left side has two arched iron stable windows. The right side is blank. The rear has a double sliding door with arched four-light fanlight. Above is a clamped double transport door with arched two-light fanlight.
Valuation
The carriage house is of general significance due to its architectural and cultural-historical value and as a historical-functional component of the Boschrijk farm complex.
