Inleiding
Aan oostzijde van de Oosterweg (Purmer) gelegen STOLPBOERDERIJ van het Noordhollandse type. De boerderij heet 'De Eendracht' en draagt in de gevel het jaartal 1863. De rechterzijgevel heeft een gewijzigde vensterindeling, de achtergevel een vergrote darsdeur. Deze ingrepen schaden het monumentale karakter van de boerderij niet.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwde stolpboerderij met staartstuk aan de achterzijde. De boerderij heeft een tentdak met zwarte Hollandse pan. Het noordelijk en oostelijk dakvlak hebben een rode Hollandse pan. Het staartstuk heeft een zadeldak, aan de zuidzijde met zwarte en aan de noordzijde met rode Hollandse pan. De inwendige houten draagconstructie bestaat uit een vierkant uit de bouwtijd.
Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen, merendeels halfsteens, doch in de middenrisaliet steens. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel (W) telt zeven vensterassen. De drie middelste assen bevinden zich in een brede middenrisaliet over twee bouwlagen onder zadeldak met zwarte Hollandse pan, gesneden windveren en gootlijsten. De middenrisaliet heeft op parterre en verdieping drie zesruits schuifvensters. De onderdorpels van de drie verdiepingvensters worden verbonden door een horizontale band. Het middelste verdiepingvenster heeft een wenkbrauw met daarop de naam van de boerderij en het genoemde jaartal.
De flankerende geveldelen worden elk afgesloten met een gesneden kroonlijst. Het geveldeel rechts (Z) van de middenpartij heeft in de as direct naast de middenpartij een paneeldeur met bovenlicht. De overige vensterassen van de flankerende geveldelen bevatten zesruits schuifvensters. De rechterzijgevel (Z) heeft in het staartstuk nog de oorspronkelijke getoogde ijzeren stalvensters. De linkerzijgevel (N) heeft drie houten tweelichts vensters ten behoeve van de dars. De achtergevel (O) heeft tussen darsdeur en staartstuk een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht en een hoger gesitueerd vierruits venster.

STOLP FARMHOUSE of the North Holland type located on the east side of the Oosterweg (Purmer). The farmhouse is called 'De Eendracht' and bears the date 1863 in the facade. The right side facade has an altered window arrangement, the rear facade an enlarged threshing door. These interventions do not damage the monumental character of the farmhouse.
Description
Stolp farmhouse built on a rectangular ground plan with an outshut at the rear. The farmhouse has a hipped roof with black Dutch tiles. The northern and eastern roof sections have red Dutch tiles. The outshut has a gabled roof, on the south side with black and on the north side with red Dutch tiles. The internal wooden load-bearing structure consists of a square frame from the period of construction.
The masonry is constructed in red brick, mostly half-brick, but full-brick in the central projection. The symmetrically arranged front facade (W) has seven window bays. The three central bays are located in a broad central projection over two storeys under a gabled roof with black Dutch tiles, cut wind braces and gutter lines. The central projection has three six-pane sash windows on ground floor and first floor. The underdorsals of the three first floor windows are connected by a horizontal band. The central first floor window has an eyebrow with the name of the farmhouse and the aforementioned date.
The flanking facade sections are each closed off with a cut cornice. The facade section to the right (S) of the central section has in the axis directly next to the central section a panelled door with fanlight. The remaining window bays of the flanking facade sections contain six-pane sash windows. The right side facade (S) still has the original arched iron stable windows in the outshut. The left side facade (N) has three wooden two-light windows for the threshing floor. The rear facade (E) has between threshing door and outshut a clamped door with fanlight and a higher situated four-pane window.
Valuation
The stolp farmhouse 'De Eendracht', executed in regional building tradition, is of general significance due to cultural and architectural historical value as a well-preserved example of rich mid-19th-century farmhouse construction in the Purmer.
