Inleiding
Beeldbepalend in de kern van Weerdinge gelegen boerderij van rond 1860 met dubbel woonhuis. In 1956 is de dubbele woning verbeterd. Behoort tot een ensemble van boerderijen. De bescherming betreft het hoofdvolume en de oorspronkelijke geveldetaillering. De westgevel is opnieuw opgemetseld en van drie nieuwe (jaren '50) kozijnen voorzien.
Omschrijving
Boerderij van het hallehuistype met dubbele woning (langsgevel) opgetrokken in baksteen met een gepleisterde plint, onder een afgewolfd rieten dak, aan de oostzijde is het staldeel vanaf de krimp aan de onderzijde met muldenpannen gedekt, aan de westzijde is het woondeel vanaf de krimp aan de onderzijde met OH pannen gedekt. Alle oorspronkelijke gevelopeningen op de begane grond hebben een strek.
De hoofdgevel is de oostgevel van het woongedeelte, deze is tevens het meest origineel. Vanaf links twee zesruits schuifvensters, een opgeklampte deur met tweeruits bovenlicht, twee zesruits schuifvensters, een toiletvenster en een opgeklampte deur met tweeruits bovenlicht. In de kopgevel van de krimp een klein venster. In het staldeel vijf tweeruits stalvensters met segmentboog, waarvan één dichtgemetseld.
In de kopgevel van het woongedeelte rechts twee zesruits vensters, oorspronkelijke schuivend. Onder het wolfeind twee mezzanino vensters. Links een kozijn uit de jaren vijftig.
In het staldeel van de westgevel zes stalvensters.
In de bedrijfsgevel met uilebord, wolfeind en vlechtingen, een inrijdeur onder een segmentboog met gevelsteen. Aan weersijden vierruits stalramen. Links een loopdeur. Onder het wolfeind twee liggende zesruits vensters.

Farmhouse of the hall-house type with double dwelling (lengthwise façade) constructed in brick with a rendered plinth, under a half-hipped thatched roof, on the east side the stable section from the compressed section at the lower side is covered with pantiles, on the west side the residential section from the compressed section at the lower side is covered with OH tiles. All original façade openings on the ground floor have a frame.
The main façade is the east façade of the residential section, this is also the most original.
