Inleiding
Beeldbepalend in de kern van Weerdinge gelegen boerderij. Niet ver van een eveneens beeldbepalend ensemble van boerderijen. Boerderij met dubbel woonhuis van rond 1870. De bescherming betreft het hoofdvolume en de oorspronkelijke detaillering van de gevels.
Omschrijving
Boerderij van het hallehuistype opgetrokken in baksteen, het woongedeelte met een gepleisterde plint, onder een rieten dak, aan de onderzijde deels met muldenpannen en Friese pannen gedekt. Twee schoorstenen met afdekplaten op de nok.
Van het woongedeelte is de oostgevel de voornaamste. Hier twee gelijke voorgevels, beide met vanaf links een paneeldeur met sierroosters en tweeruits bovenlicht en twee zesruits schuifvensters. In de kopgevel van de krimp een liggend tweeruits venster. In het staldeel vijf vierruits stalvensters.
De kopgevel van het woongedeelte heeft een houten schot in de geveltop en windveren. Links onder een zesruits schuifvenster, onder het schot twee tweeruits mezzanino vensters. Rechts twee moderne vensters met bovenlicht. Overhoeks een moderne aanbouw waarin een gekoppelde deur en venster met bovenlichten.
De zuidgevel van het woongedeelte is gemoderniseerd. Links een aanbouw en gewijzigde schuifvensters. In de nieuw opgemetselde krimp drie nieuwe kozijnen, verder in het staldeel een staldeur en twee stalramen.
De bedrijfsgevel met uilenbord, wolfsdak en geprofileerde windveren, heeft een inrijdeur onder segmentboog, met aan weerszijden respectievelijk een vierruits venster en een loopdeur. Onder het wolfeind drie zevenruits rondboog stalramen, de roeden van bovenlicht rondgebogen. Op de verdiepingscheiding vier schotelankers.

Description
Farmhouse of the hall-house type constructed in brick, the residential section with a rendered plinth, under a thatched roof, partly covered at the underside with curved pantiles and Frisian tiles. Two chimneys with capping plates on the ridge.
Of the residential section the east facade is the main one. Here two equal front facades, both with from the left a panelled door with ornamental grilles and two-light fanlight and two six-light sash windows. In the gable end of the secondary structure a horizontal two-light window. In the stable section five four-light stable windows.
The gable end of the residential section has a wooden board in the gable top and wind vanes. On the left below a six-light sash window, below the board two two-light mezzanine windows. On the right two modern windows with fanlights. Diagonally opposite a modern extension containing a coupled door and window with fanlights.
The south facade of the residential section is modernised. On the left an extension and modified sash windows. In the newly built-up secondary structure three new window frames, further in the stable section a stable door and two stable windows.
The business facade with owl-board, half-hipped roof and profiled wind vanes, has a carriage entrance under a segmental arch, with respectively a four-light window and a door on either side. Below the half-hipped end three seven-light round-arched stable windows, the glazing bars of the fanlight curved. On the storey division four decorative wall anchors.
