Inleiding
Boerderij uit 1870, deel uitmakend van de oorspronkelijke agrarische structuur. Beeldbepalend gelegen, met de noklijn parallel aan de Asserstraat.
In de boerderij is thans een antiquair gevestigd.
Haaks op de achtergevel een nieuw opgemetseld bakhuisje onder zadeldak met oudhollandse pannen.
De bescherming betreft het hoofdvolume en het exterieur van de boerderij.
Omschrijving
Boerderij, neigend naar krimpentype, opgetrokken in baksteen onder een afgewolfd zadeldak, het woongedeelte gedekt met geglazuurde dakpannen, het bedrijfsgedeelte met riet, aan de Asserstraat aan de onderzijde voorzien van enkele rijen muldenpannen.
In de straatgevel met gootlijst centraal in het woongedeelte een portaal met een deur uit de jaren '30 dertig onder een bovenlicht met een levensboom. Aan weerszijden twee rechtgesloten zesruits schuifvensters met hanekam. In het stalgedeelte zeven vierruits stalvensters met segmentboog.
In de kopgevel van het woongedeelte, met vlechtwerk en hoofdgestel, rechts twee gekoppelde schuifvensters en links twee losse. Onder het wolfeind drie tweeruits mezzaninovensters.
In de achtergevel links een zesruits venster, een uitzetraampje, een paneeldeur met sierroosters en bovenlicht en twee moderne T-vensters. In het dakschild velux-vensters. In het stalgedeelte zes vierruits stalvensters met segmentboog.
De bedrijfsgevel heeft een uilebord en een wolfeind. De inrit rechts is dichtgezet met glas. In het midden een loopdeur, erboven jaartalankers met 1870. rechts van de deur een vierruits venster. Links twee loopdeuren met twee vierruits vensters ertussen.

In the street facade with gutter rail centrally in the residential part a porch with a door from the nineteen-thirties under a fanlight with a tree of life. On either side two right-closed six-pane sash windows with cockscomb fretwork. In the stable section seven four-pane stable windows with segmental arch.
In the gable end of the residential part, with lattice work and main post, right two coupled sash windows and left two separate ones. Under the half-hipped end three two-pane mezzanine windows.
In the rear facade left a six-pane window, a small projecting window, a panel door with ornamental grilles and fanlight and two modern T-windows. In the roof panel Velux windows. In the stable section six four-pane stable windows with segmental arch.
The business facade has an owl board and a half-hipped end. The entrance right is closed with glass. In the middle a walk-through door, above it date anchors with 1870. right of the door a four-pane window. Left two walk-through doors with two four-pane windows between them.
