Omschrijving
LANDHUIS opgetrokken in baksteen over twee bouwlagen vanaf een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een met Bouletpannen gedekt afgeknot schilddak. De uitgebouwde traptoren over drie bouwlagen heeft een aan de onderzijde concaaf gewelfd tentdak, met leien in diagonaal verband gedekt, waarvan de bovenzijde is uitgevoerd als klokkenstoel. Het pand staat op een gepleisterde plint. De gevel is voorzien van speklagen; aanzet- en sluitstenen zijn geaccentueerd. Alle gevelopeningen zijn met een bewerkte latei recht gesloten onder een segmentboogvormige strek. Alle kozijnen zijn behangen met persiennes.
Centraal in de voorgevel (W) de entree, een dubbele paneeldeur met glas achter roosters onder een rondgebogen bovenlicht met profiellijst met kuif. Links van de entree de traptoren met onderin twee rondboog vensters, op de verdieping een hoog trapvenster met boven de latei een tweelicht met deelzuil onder twee segmentbogen. In de derde bouwlaag een drielicht venster onder een lijst met driehoekig fronton. Rechts van de entree twee schuifvensters zonder strek. In de terugliggende gevel op de verdieping twee T-vormige schuifvensters en links een dubbele balkondeur met bovenlicht. Links van de traptoren een dubbele schuifdeur met bovenlicht, op de verdieping een tweelicht met twee schuifvensters gescheiden door een houten stijl. In beide dakschilden een dakkapel onder een spits tentdak met bolbekroning.
Van de noordgevel risaleert de linker helft, eindigend in een dakkapel met dubbele halsgevel met kwartronde klauwstukken. Op de begane grond rechts een dubbele en links een enkele schuifdeur met bovenlicht. Op de verdieping tweelichten als in de voorgevel.
Aan de achtergevel (O) links een houten veranda met standvinken. Onder de luifel privaten, in de gevel een T-vormig schuifvenster en een keukendeur. Rechts van de veranda een smal keukenvenster boven een souterrain venster en twee schuifvensters. Op de verdieping vier T-vormige schuifvensters en een klein eenruits venster. In het daksschild twee dakkapellen van genoemd type.
Aan de zuidgevel een keuken aanbouw met rechts een tweelicht met twee schuifvensters gescheiden door een houten stijl, een dubbele keukendeur met bovenlicht en een eenruits venster. Op de verdieping een T-vormig schuifvenster. In het dakschild een dakkapel van genoemd type.
Interieur
Het interieur is in oorspronkelijke staat, met name op de begane grond. De entree heeft een tochtportaal met geëtst glas. Entree, hal en gang hebben marmeren vloeren, stucplafonds en muren met gestucte vakken. De houten trap heeft bewerkte balusters en een eindbaluster met bolbekroning. In de zuidwest hoek het eetvertrek met parketvloer en stucplafond. De wanden zijn bespannen met linnen met florale motieven. De schouw heeft een houten schacht op stenen kolommen. Als haardstuk een tegeltableau met een landhuis aan een waterpartij, in de stoel haardtegels met een kat en een vogelkooi. Aan weerszijden van de schouw een ingebouwde kast, deels uitgevoerd als doorgeefluik. De keuken in de zuidoost hoek heeft aan de zuidwand een lang granito aanrecht en een waterpomp met koperen kranen in een houten kast. Aan de noordwand een grote schouw en voorraad kasten. In de schouw dezelfde tegels als in de lambrizering. In de overige vertrekken parketvloeren, stucplafonds, schouwen en ingebouwde kasten.
Aan de gang, naast de keuken een diensttrappenhuis met tegellambrizering.

Landhuis van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang vanwege:

COUNTRY HOUSE constructed in brickwork over two storeys from a rectangular ground plan under a hipped roof with truncated pyramid tiled with bullet tiles. The projecting stair tower over three storeys has a tent roof concavely curved at the bottom, tiled with slates in diagonal bond, of which the upper side is executed as a bell turret. The building stands on a rendered plinth. The facade is provided with brick courses; quoins and closing stones are accentuated. All facade openings are closed straight with a worked lintel under a segmental-arched relieving arch. All window frames are hung with shutters.
Central in the front facade (W) the entrance, a double panelled door with glass behind grilles under a round arched fanlight with moulded drip moulding with cyma. To the left of the entrance the stair tower with at the bottom two round arch windows, on the storey a tall stair window with above the lintel a two-light with slender mullion under two segmental arches. In the third storey a three-light window under a moulding with triangular pediment. To the right of the entrance two sash windows without relieving arch. In the recessed facade on the storey two T-shaped sash windows and on the left a double balcony door with fanlight. To the left of the stair tower a double sash door with fanlight, on the storey a two-light with two sash windows separated by a wooden post. In both roof slopes a roof dormer under a pointed tent roof with bulbous finial.
From the north facade the left half projects, ending in a roof dormer with double neck gable with quarter-round claw ornaments. On the ground floor on the right a double and on the left a single sash door with fanlight. On the storey two-lights as in the front facade.
On the rear facade (E) on the left a wooden veranda with posts. Under the canopy privies, in the facade a T-shaped sash window and a kitchen door. To the right of the veranda a narrow kitchen window above a basement window and two sash windows. On the storey four T-shaped sash windows and a small single-pane window. In the roof slope two roof dormers of the aforementioned type.
On the south facade a kitchen extension with on the right a two-light with two sash windows separated by a wooden post, a double kitchen door with fanlight and a single-pane window. On the storey a T-shaped sash window. In the roof slope a roof dormer of the aforementioned type.
Interior
The interior is in original condition, particularly on the ground floor. The entrance has a draught vestibule with etched glass. Entrance, hall and corridor have marble floors, plaster ceilings and walls with plastered panels. The wooden staircase has worked balusters and an end baluster with bulbous finial. In the southwest corner the dining room with parquet floor and plaster ceiling. The walls are hung with linen with floral motifs. The fireplace has a wooden shaft on stone columns. As fireplace surround a tile panel with a country house by a water feature, in the opening fireplace tiles with a cat and a bird cage. On either side of the fireplace a built-in cupboard, partly executed as a hatch. The kitchen in the southeast corner has on the south wall a long granite worktop and a water pump with brass taps in a wooden cabinet. On the north wall a large fireplace and storage cupboards. In the fireplace the same tiles as in the wainscoting. In the remaining rooms parquet floors, plaster ceilings, fireplaces and built-in cupboards.
On the corridor, next to the kitchen a service stairwell with tile wainscoting.
