Omschrijving
CONCIËRGEWONING opgetrokken in baksteen vanaf een vierkante plattegrond over één bouwlaag onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt tentdak.
In de voorgevel (Z) rechts een risaliet onder steekkap. Op de begane grond twee schuifvensters, in de top met beschot een draaivenster met bovenlicht. De entree, links van het risaliet, is gewijzigd.
In de linkergevel een dakkapel onder plat dak met venster.
Waardering
Woning van stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de functionele en ruimtelijke relatie met de school
- de beeldbepalende ligging

CONCIERGE DWELLING constructed in brickwork from a square ground plan over one storey beneath a tent roof clad with Dutch tiles.
In the front facade (S) to the right a risalit beneath a pentice roof. On the ground floor two sash windows, in the top with cladding a casement window with fanlight. The entrance, to the left of the risalit, has been altered.
In the left facade a roof dormer beneath a flat roof with window.
