Omschrijving
Fabrieksgebouw met zaadpakhuis en schoorsteen. De voorbouw is opgetrokken in baksteen vanaf een rechthoekige plattegrond over drie bouwlagen onder een met zink bedekt afgeknot schilddak. De hoofdgevel (W) heeft rechts van het midden een risaliet onder een steekkap met tuitgevel. Hier op iedere laag en in de geveltop een dubbele laaddeur. In de nok een hijsbalk onder een steekkapje met houten beschot. Rechts van het risaliet één, links vier vensterassen met op iedere laag een getoogd zesruits stalen venster onder een segmentboogvormige strek. Links van het risaliet een dubbele deur. De zuidgevel is blind, in de noordgevel vier vensterassen met op iedere laag vensters van het genoemde type.
De achterbouw, het zaadpakhuis, is opgetrokken in dezelfde baksteen eveneens vanaf een rechthoekige plattegrond over vier bouwlagen onder een met dakleer bedekt zadeldak. De hoofdgevel van het zaadpakhuis ligt aan het water (O). De zijgevels zijn in zeven traveeën verdeeld. De eerste en vierde travee vanaf het water heeft laaddeuren op alle bouwlagen. De overige traveeën hebben twee gekoppelde vensters op alle lagen.
Rechts van het pand (aan de straatzijde) bevindt zich de schoorsteen.

Fabriek van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:

Factory building with seed warehouse and chimney. The front structure is constructed in brickwork from a rectangular ground plan over three storeys beneath a zinc-clad truncated hipped roof. The main facade (W) has on the right of centre a risalit beneath a pentice roof with spout gable. Here on each storey and in the gable top a double loading door. In the ridge a hoisting beam beneath a small pentice roof with wooden cladding. To the right of the risalit one, to the left four window axes with on each storey an arched six-pane steel window beneath a segmental arched stretch. To the left of the risalit a double door. The south facade is blind, in the north facade four window axes with on each storey windows of the aforesaid type.
The rear structure, the seed warehouse, is constructed in the same brickwork likewise from a rectangular ground plan over four storeys beneath a gabled roof clad with roofing felt. The main facade of the seed warehouse faces the water (E). The side facades are divided into seven bays. The first and fourth bay from the water has loading doors on all storeys. The remaining bays have two coupled windows on all storeys.
To the right of the building (on the street side) the chimney is located.
