Omschrijving
PAKHUIS, later gebruikt als fabriek, opgetrokken in baksteen vanaf een gerende, bijna driehoekige plattegrond over vier bouwlagen onder een afgeknot zadeldak.
Het gebouw heeft op alle vensterassen op alle bouwlagen en in de geveltoppen getoogde zesruits vensters onder strekken. Op de verdiepingscheidingen schotelankers.
De straatgevel (Z) telt vijf vensterassen. De oostelijke zijgevel heeft ramen op de derde en vierde verdieping. De westelijke zijgevel is verdeeld in zeven traveeën met elk twee vensterassen. In twee traveeën bevinden zich boven elkaar op de verdiepingen laaddeuren, waarboven zich destijds hijskappen hebben bevonden. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een reeks getoogde poortopeningen. Aan dezelfde zijde bevindt zich een gemetseld laadperron, aan de voorzijde voorzien van een karakteristiek smal gemetseld trapje.

WAREHOUSE, later used as a factory, constructed in brickwork from a sloping, nearly triangular ground plan over four storeys beneath a truncated gabled roof.
The building has on all window axes on all storeys and in the gable tops arched six-pane windows beneath stretches. On the storey divisions plate anchors.
The street facade (S) has five window axes. The eastern side facade has windows on the third and fourth storeys. The western side facade is divided into seven bays, each with two window axes. In two bays loading doors are positioned one above the other on the storeys, above which hoisting gables were formerly present. On the ground floor there is a row of arched portal openings. On the same side there is a brick loading platform, provided on the front with a characteristically narrow brick staircase.
